Megan Thee Stallion's legal team is firing back after she was hit with a harassment lawsuit by a former employee.

According to a report NBC News published on Tuesday, April 23, Emilio Garcia — a cameraman who used to work for Meg — filed a lawsuit against her for allegedly creating a hostile work environment and harassment. Garcia claims he was traveling with the "Hiss" rapper in Spain two years ago when he was forced to remain in a moving vehicle while Meg had sex with a woman.

"Don’t ever discuss what you saw,” Meg allegedly told him.

The incident allegedly happened in June 2022 following a night out in Ibiza. Garcia said he was with Meg and three other women in an SUV when the artist and one of the women began to have sex next to him. After the incident, Garcia claimed Meg "berated, fat-shamed and treated differently" which created a “hostile, abusive work environment." He also alleged that his working conditions were "intolerable." After the trip, Garcia, who had worked as Meg's cameraman since 2018, went from being compensated a flat rate monthly to submitting invoices for each assignment. He also saw a decrease in bookings until Roc Nation ultimately let him go in June 2023.

"This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her," Megan Thee Stallion's attorney Alex Spiro said about the lawsuit. "We will deal with this in court."

Garcia is currently seeking an undisclosed amount that's more than six figures. The amount includes unpaid wages, unpaid overtime wages and other employee benefits.
